About Alisha Juzapavicus

Alisha Juzapavicus is a native New Yorker from Greenport Long Island, a quaint seaside village on the north fork which is known for it's boating, as well as its vineyards and farms. Her back round is originally in hospitality. Alisha managed a sea side restaurant in Greenport for 7 years where she ran the front of house and booked and executed dozens of on and off premise catering events. She then set out to explore the world of boating in the Virgin Islands with her boyfriend, Freddie Mills a professional race boat captain, on his family's 80 racing Maxi Kialoa V in 2011 and eventually ended up here in Newport. After going through the process of buying a house Alisha decided to try her hand in real estate, discovering that it has a lot in common with hospitality. Four years later she has built a successful and consistent rental and sale business including closing on one of Newport's oldest commercial buildings on Broadway as well numerous residences on Aquidneck Island.
